Monthly Meeting

Every first Tuesday of the month.

Our next meeting, January 3, 2012 will be held at the Liberty Tap Room, 7651 N. Kings Highway, Myrtle Beach. 6PM dinner with meeting to follow. Hope to see you all there.

February 7, 2011 - Liberty Taproom. *This will be our local "Officer of the Year" award meeting.

The turnout at the Liberty Taproom has been terrific & the member's response has been positive. We anticipate all further meetings to be at the same location.

Casino Cruise

Our committee chairwoman, Cheryl, has decided to do a monthly trip on the Big M boat in Little River every

second Tuesday of the Month. $10 includes an all you can eat buffett. Boarding begins at 10AM & sets sail at 10:45.

HR218 Qualification Day

This has been a great success for our members who wish to participate. Hank has done a few so far & the next one will be in the spring.Georgetown County public range on Hwy 51 (Browns Ferry Rd) about 2 miles west of Hwy 701 (Fraser St). If you get to the Georgetown County Jail you've gone about 100 yards too far.

There will be no charge for range or instructor, but you must bring your own silhouette target, ammunition, safety equipment, firearms etc.

Also bring a Valid SC Drivers License and your retired Law Enforcement credentials.

Police Memorial

May 15 is Police Memorial Day, please take a few moments to remember our fallen brothers and sisters

who have made the ultimate sacrifice with their own lives.

We anticipate having a memorial service during the week preceding Police Memorial Day.

We will also post the information for the FOP Coastal Carolina Lodge for their ceremony in Conway as soon as we have it.

Spring Cookout

The Spring Cookout will be will be on Sunday in May at Huntington Beach

Food & soft beverages will be plentiful.

September 11 Ceremony

Our annual ceremony remembering the events of 9/11 will beheld at the

Hall of Heroes at Ocean Blvd & 74 Ave North. Time to be announced.
